Jackson Wu
Jackson Wu and his family live in Phoenix, Arizona, serving as the Theologian-in-Residence at Mission ONE. He previously worked as a church planter and seminary professor for Chinese church leaders in East Asia. He earned a PhD in Applied Theology from SEBTS. His dissertation was eventually published as Saving God’s Face: A Chinese Contextualization of Salvation through Honor and Shame. Other books include One Gospel for All Nations: A Practical Approach to Biblical Contextualization and Reading Romans with Eastern Eyes: Honor and Shame in Paul’s Message and Mission, which was named Christianity Today‘s 2020 Book of the Year Award of Merit in Biblical Studies.
