Joel To

Joel is the Executive Director of SoulRoots (Instagram), a spiritual formation ministry he founded in 2023. An ordained pastor and spiritual director with 20+ years of experience, he helps others explore the intersection of faith, culture, and identity. He also helped plant Missio Community in Portland, Oregon, where he currently attends. Joel lives in Portland with his wife, Lisa, and their two teenage children.
