Leo Rhee
Dr. Leo Rhee is the Lead Pastor at CityLight Seoul Church in Seoul, South Korea. Though a native of Chicago, he has served in ministry in Philadelphia, Orange County, and Baltimore. In 1999, while on vacation in South Korea, he was recruited by Onnuri Church and served as the EM Pastor there for many years. He has also taught at Torch Trinity Graduate University and served as chaplain. In 2017, he and his wife planted a church called CityLight.
