Position Overview
- At least three years of pastoral experience.
- Strong and effective communication skills.
- Experience with diverse and multigenerational congregation(s).
- Able to preach the Word of God with clarity.
- Able to foster healthy team dynamics, address tensions and conflicts with grace, and
build trust among staff and church members. - Able to provide care and promote development both spiritually and in leadership for the
staff and lay leaders. - Oversee Sunday worship services, including preaching and leading the congregation in
worship. - Regularly meet with church leadership for training, planning, and discipleship.
- Maintain office hours for study, prayer, and visitation of church members.
- Attend and serve at church events, functions, and special services.
