TGIF: Roundup for September 22, 2023

Exilic Church, which is a supporter of SOLA Network, graciously shared their video of Gene Joo, Aaron Chung, and Abe Cho discussing A Place for Asian Americans in the Future of the Evangelical Church. We are grateful to them for leading this conversation. We hope this video sparks important conversations as we seek to build Christ’s kingdom together.

In case you missed it: We’re writing a book! We just announced our SOLA Network Book Project: Writing the Next Chapter of the Asian American Church. In his Galatians Bible study, McKay Caston guides participants in keeping the gospel as the “true north” compass for their lives, allowing them to break free from religious rule-keeping and live with freedom and joy. Josiah Bancroft guides readers in a study of Philippians, showing how a deep and abiding joy is possible in every circumstance when we understand who Jesus is and who we are in him. Jonathan Gibson’s 2 Peter Bible study helps participants learn how keeping heaven in view guides their daily goals and choices while strengthening their hope.
