TGIF: Roundup for February 10, 2023

When the pandemic began in 2020, Pastor Cory Ishida was concerned about his grandchildren’s spiritual, mental, and emotional well-being. He felt led by the Lord to write daily devotionals for them, and we are proud to present the first: Letters from Grandpa: Ten Things I Have Learned About Conflict.

While reading the Gospels, you may have overlooked the many women who interacted with and were personally impacted by Jesus. What did the first female disciples see in our Savior? Read my new book review of Rebecca McLaughlin’s Jesus Through the Eyes of Women.

We also shared two favorites this week: Self-Care Inventory: Are You Serving Sustainably In The Local Church? By Tim St. John and How to Read the Bible With Your Family by Faith Chang.

In case you missed it, Hannah Chao and I released a podcast episode to take you behind-the-scenes of the new edition of our SOLA Network Magazine! Find the video and transcript on our website
