TGIF: Roundup for April 30, 2021

A long year of pandemic, social unrest, and lockdown have left many church leaders discouraged, confused and tired. We invited a select group of leaders to gather to break bread, listen and collaborate. We also filmed several plenary and panel sessions for an upcoming digital event. You can view photos from our gathering on Facebook.

“If we are to have any sort of way in which to taper ourselves against the discouragement of the world, it is to continue to say ‘Maranatha,’ come Lord Jesus.” Watch this 4-minute video excerpt of Dr. Michelle Ami Reyes explaining How to Hope Against Hate. Read my review of her new book, Becoming All Things: How Small Changes Lead to Lasting Connections Across Cultures, and check out the video, audio, and article of our full interview.
